Hormone Imbalance, Menopause, Night Sweats and Hot Flashes

Menopause is a natural life process for women. this usually occurs in a women in their early or mid-forties. Unfortunately, it is accompanied by a number of symptoms that can be quite concerning to most women. Some women experience very few changes during this time, while others report noticeable symptoms like hot flashes and night sweats. Some women with symptoms of hot flashes already know what to do to cope up with the symptoms, but there are others who find symptoms difficult to fight. Hot flashes and night sweats can cause interrupted sleep, insomnia, panic attacks, anxiety and depression, among others. In order to fight the symptom of hot flashes and night sweats one should be aware of her diet. Spicy foods, alcoholic drinks, hot drinks should be avoided to stop the occurrence of the symptom. A vitamin intake of vitamin E and vitamin C can help hot flashes subside.
