The Primary Cause Of Gingivitis Periodontal Disease

One form of periodontal disease is called gingivitis that cause gum inflammation to occur. What causes gingivitis is the long-term effects of dental and bacterial plaque build up on the teeth and inside the human mouth. The toxins produced by bacteria causes the gums to become swollen, tender and subject to bleed easily. Almost all dental problems such as gingivitis can be solved by proper oral hygiene with proper techniques of brushing and flossing and the use of natural dental products that is useful in killing bacteria leaving the mouth clean and fresh all day long. It is also a must to see a dentist at least twice a year for dental check ups and dental cleanings for plaque and tartar removal.
