Ways to fight Sleepless Nights
Sleep problems is one of the reason of why some us have difficulty in getting sleep. There several causes of sleep problems and these include insomnia, depression, anxiety and caffeine. Though it is very difficult to exactly pinpoint the reason for sleep problems, certain factors do affect the way in which we sleep. A general illness for example and its side effects can seriously disrupt our ability to sleep. On the other there are things you can do that can help you getting to sleep like; keeping the lights very low or using a lamp so that it will not be too dark that could hurt your eyes while sleeping. Using soft pillows and bed will sleep very comfortable. Good room ventilation is also a factor. You could also help your body produce melatonin a hormone which is naturally or body’s sedative. And we can do that by using sleep aids that helps induce the hormone.
